PAYMENT
We strive to make your payment experience seamless and convenient. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept all major credit cards, as well as Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). With Ivy Pay, you'll receive payment invoices via text, giving you the flexibility to manage your information and make payments with ease.
INVESTMENT OPTIONS
We accept both insurance and self-pay options for the costs of services. Most insurance plans require clients to pay a copay at each visit. Copays vary depending on individual plans. Clients are responsible for costs incurred from services rendered, whether their insurance will cover them or not.

We believe in making our services accessible to everyone, which is why we offer a sliding scale based on your financial needs.

Initial Counseling Session (60 min): $200
Individual Counseling Session (50 min): $150
For any letters or completion of forms:
our fee is $100 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments.

While we take care of billing your insurance, please remember that you're responsible for any copays and deductibles. To ensure clarity and avoid surprises, we suggest reaching out to your insurance company with any coverage queries.
CANCELATION POLICY
We understand that life can get busy, and plans may need to change. If you're unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If you need to cancel within this timeframe or miss your appointment without notifying us, a full session fee may be charged. We believe in flexibility and understanding, and exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
